Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Oilseeds Grower's Federation Ltd. got registered under Cooperative Act During 1983.

The Federation has introduced Pouch Packing System of Edible Oils for the convenience of consumers in the brand name of VIJAYA in the year of 1986-87. In Andhra Pradesh first time 1 liter pounch pack was introduced in Groundnut and Sunflower Oils, which gained very good response from public. Afterwards Palmolien Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Soya bean Oil, Gingili Oil and Coconut Oil were come into effect in pouches and in all ranges into the market with attractive designs. Federation main motto is to serve the public giving high quality oil at the lowest prices. Accordingly Federation is supplying oils with the coordination of AP Civil Supplies to Public Distribution Systems (PDS) i.e Fair Price Shops & similarly through A.P. Marketing Federation to Rythu Bazaars for controlling the abnormal market fluctuations compared with competetive brands. At present VIJAYA oil is one of the major leading brand in Andhra Pradesh with different range of products available to the consumers in varies packs & Tin's & Jar's segment also. At the time of introduction stage Federation monthly sale 150 to 200 Metric tones approx, at present monthly sale of Vijaya edible oils is nearly 3500 MT's in terms of value it is Rs. 26.25 crores, and per annum sale of edible oils approximately 42,000 Mt's in terms of value per annum it is Rs.315 crores which occupied 20 to 25 percent of sale in the total sale of branded edible oil segment in Andhra Pradesh. No brand will compete with VIJAYA oil PRICE and QUALITY.

APOILFED is selling edible oils in the brand name of ‘VIJAYA’ in the state of A.P and the neighboring state of Telangana through its distributor network.

During the year 2016-17 the federation has achieved 12467.33 MTs as against the target of 16800 MTs as follows:

During the Year 2016-17 out of the above quantity , 2217.888 K.Ltr  supplied under Chandranna Sankranthi Kanuka 2017 in   Kurnool and Ananthapur Districts through A.P.State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd And during the current year 2017-18 the Federation could achieve a quantity of 13849.85  MTs upto March’18 against the target of  16500 Mts for the period from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018.

    • VC & MD inspected the GN Seed Buffer Stocks Godowns in Kurnool, Ananthapur, Kadapa and GN Seed Distribution Centers, Kharif 2017' in Chittor Districts.
    • AP Oilfed had undertaken production of certified and foundation seeds from breeder seeds with the launch of ISOPOM last kharif season.
    • The Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Oilseeds Growers' Federation Limited (AP Oilfed), the Andhra Pradesh State Seeds Development Corporation (APSSDC) and the Andhra Pradesh State Marketing Federation (APMARKFED) were the nodal agencies for the distribution.
